Our stones are made by nature and cut by skilled craftsmen to show off the wonderful detail of each specimen. Please do not expect the "perfection" of products generated in series within a factory, because each piece is unique and represents an exact moment of nature.

If the courier cannot deliver the package to you (because there is an error in the address or because he did not find you at home), they will let you know that you have a certain number of days to go to pick it up yourself.
Once those days have passed, if the package was not picked up, it returns to the origin.

Each piece is carefully packed with several layers of protection, also we use tested premium rigid boxes. We have shipped thousands of stones and we rarely had problems with breakage.
However, if an accident occurs and your stone arrives broken, we ask you to please send us photos of the package, the box, the product and the shipping label. This helps us to claim the courier.

The back and base of our Amethysts are absolutely natural (basalt), they do not go through any chemical processes. Our stones are never artificially dyed or treated.
