We use Federal Express Corp service to ship our stones from Uruguay to all over the world. But if you prefer another shipping method please contact us.

We will always give you a tracking number so you can track your package at any time.

We ship worldwide except France. 

France requires the intervention of a customs broker to be able to withdraw amethysts, with an associated cost (sometimes very excessive according to other customers from France).

If you are in France, you can consider sending your order to any other country in Europe.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

All items are offered through several photos (from all angles) and video, so you can choose your favorite piece without hesitation.

Our stones are made by nature and cut by skilled craftsmen to show off the wonderful detail of each specimen. Please do not expect the "perfection" of products generated in series within a factory, because each piece is unique and represents an exact moment of nature.

However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us.

If the courier cannot deliver the package to you (because there is an error in the address or because he did not find you at home), they will let you know that you have a certain number of days to go to pick it up yourself. 

Once those days have passed, if the package was not picked up, it returns to the origin. 

The costs for that return (shipping, taxes and customs costs) will be deducted from the reimbursement.

Each piece is carefully packed with several layers of protection, also we use tested premium rigid boxes. We have shipped thousands of stones and we rarely had problems with breakage.

However, if an accident occurs and your stone arrives broken, we ask you to please send us photos of the package, the box, the product and the shipping label. This helps us to claim the courier.

You will receive a refund if this happens.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Each country has its own rules regarding the products they enter.

We recommend that before buying, find out in your country if you will have to pay taxes when entering the product.

US and many other countries' customs allow you to enter amethysts without fees.

Deep Purple Project is not responsible for delays due to customs.

As they are natural stone pieces, they may contain tiny pits and fissures,  agate formations, stalactite, calcite, chalcedony, rainbow due to druzy, iron stains that can vary in quantity.

Deep Purple Project ™ stones are 100% natural.

They are extracted at the mines of Artigas, in a small area in the province of the same name in the north of our country, Uruguay.  IT IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW PLACES IN THE WORLD WHERE THIS KIND OF SEMI PRECIOUS STONES CAN BE FOUND

The back and base of our Amethysts are absolutely natural (basalt), they do not go through any chemical processes. Our stones are never artificially dyed or treated.

We are a small business managed by women (Carla & Jess), we are based in Montevideo, Uruguay and we select, pack and send ONE BY ONE the pieces that we offer in our site. 

Because  their intense purple tone is  more brilliant than in other mineral extraction areas close to  Uruguay and the stones have a greater number of crystals which allow them to be  brighter.
